1. New addition that includes Competition Gymnasium, Locker Rooms, Concession Stand, Part of
Training Room. Gym is to be constructed as a storm shelter.

c. Replace Kiln and Install Exhaust Fan
d. Removal of Lockers and Install new durable wall Surfaces in Corridors.
e. Renovate the Band Hall
i. Remove existing risers

iii. Install New Practice Rooms
iv. New walls, acoustical treatments, floors, ceilings, Light and HVAC.
f. New Signage both rooms and way finding
g. Replace the existing Elevator.

A pre-proposal meeting will be held at 9:00 AM on Tuesday, August 24, 2021 at 3000 Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd., Dallas, Texas 75215 for all interested parties. This meeting is not mandatory, but information
discussed will be very helpful in preparation of the proposal.

BID DATE: All Construction Services construction procurements must be physically delivered to the Construction Services office, at the Linus D. Wright Dallas ISD Administration Building 9400 North Central Expressway, Suite 800 Dallas, TX 75231. (Call 972.925.7200 for directions). Delivery to other locations will result in rejection of a CSP.

Completed CSP Package Part 1-A, 1-B and 1-C are due on Tuesday, September 14, 2021 at 2:00 PM (local time).

Completed CSP Package Part 2 is due on Wednesday, September 15, 2021 at 3:00 PM (local time).

Any materials received after the respective closing dates / times will not be considered.
