Scope of Work. The Work consists of:
Org 145 – Stephen C. Foster Elementary School – Renovation
Project consists of the following:
a. Exterior Drainage Improvements.
b. Sidewalk replacement.
c. Northwest Parking lot demo and replacement.
d. Select Roof replacement.
e. New secure vestibule and Reception.
f. Paint all previously painted walls and ceilings.
g. Ceiling tile replacement.
h. Casework/ Millwork replacement in select classrooms.
i. New flooring in corridors and classrooms.
j. HVAC replacement and improvements.
k. Piping to grease trap replacement.
l. Hot water heater replacement.
m. All interior and exterior lighting to be updated to LED fixtures.
n. All Lighting controls to be updated.
o. Fire Alarm central reporting station replacement and all fire alarm devices.
p. Monument sign replacement

BUDGET:
Total Estimated Construction Budget (CCL + Allowances) for CSP CS 207053 $6,847,229.00

PRE-BID DATE AND LOCATION:
A pre-proposal meeting will be held at 11:00 am on Tuesday 01/17/2023 for all interested parties. This
meeting is not mandatory, but the information discussed will be extremely helpful in preparation of the proposal.

BID-DATE & LOCATION:
All Construction Services construction procurements must be physically delivered to the Construction Services office, at the Linus D. Wright Dallas ISD Administration Building 9400 North Central Expressway, Suite 800 Dallas, TX 75231. (Call 972.925.7200 for directions). Delivery to other locations will result in rejection of a CSP.

Completed CSP Package Part 1-A, 1-B and 1-C are due on Tuesday, 02/14/2023 at 2:00 PM (local time).

Completed CSP Package Part 2 is due on Wednesday, 02/15/2023 at 3:00 PM (local time).

OWNER’S PROJECT MANAGER (PM)
Zafar Syed will be the Owner’s Project Manager (PM) for the management of planning, design,
permitting, construction, and post-construction for this CSP. All correspondence and communication during the contract finalization, construction and post-construction processes shall be directed to the Architect/Engineer firm (A/E) with copy to Zafar Syed. During construction, the PM shall have authority to act on behalf of Dallas ISD for Owner related direction.
